Had an amazing stay of 3 nights. The location was good, in the Gutleutviertel district and nearby a tram station.- Extremely comfy bed made my room new-fashioned and functional.

Well priced and reasonably clean place, particularly good view of Frankfurt's sky. Brand-new and tastefully decorated room, responsive staff with services and breakfast. Very clean beds and a completely complimentary mini-bar and instant coffee. Comfortable and easy location, in front of the train station if needed. Situated in a shopping area.

In front of a train station, the location was unbeatable and excellent, very near Central Railway Station. It was near African Queen, where you can have lunch. The room itself was well-kept and well-equipped and had exceptionally good views of Frankfurt's sky. The decor was nice and the bed was comfortable.

There was a servibar with drinks and coffee in the room at no extra cost. You also have personal items in the bathroom such as shampoo, soaps, body lotion, nail file, bathing cap, swabs. breakfast was very good, they made you the egg that you asked for at the moment and also the coffee that you like, I asked for latte machiato. breakfast and staff who attend phenomenally. the staff doesn't tell you your options, I found out because I saw that others were asking for it. It's easy to get in, it has an elevator, small, it does. (We could fit my baby in his umbrella stroller and me with a backpack and that was it). train station is very close.
location is good because of the proximity to the central station, nearby neighborhood is somewhat ugly. I got room 101 and view is terrible because outside the window are the machines and plants like electricity or something from the hotel. I don't like the bathroom door, I prefer the ones that give you 100% privacy. bathroom didn't have a tub.

Hotel Europe has a really great location - takes approximately 5 minutes to reach the Frankfurt Main Train Station and it is not situated in the red district so I didn't feel insecure at all. The staff were kind. Breakfast was fine. Has free internet in the rooms and computers available for guests in the lobby. The room itself is ok - not very big, not really nice. It's just ok for a one night stand.
The biggest problem comes when you are trying to get some sleep - walls are really, really thin. I was able to hear my neighbors chatting late at night, their tv' sound wasn't really loud but I heard every single word coming from it very clear!!! It's not only the sound from rooms next to me but also the traffic noise even when the windows were completely closed. The remote control of the tv wasn't working, I wasn't able to switch it on but because it was late when I found it out and I was there for a night I said nothing. The sink in the bathroom wasn't working properly. Never would do this to myself again!
